Privacy Policy
Short version: Flushtopia has no accounts and no servers of ours. Your progress lives on your phone. The free version shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses device identifiers to do so, and only for personalised ads if you say yes to Apple's tracking prompt. Buying Pro removes ads and the ad SDK stops requesting them.
1. Who we are
Flushtopia is made by Lousy Luck Games ("we", "us"). For anything in this policy, write to support@flushtopia.com.
2. What the game stores on your device
Your progress (levels cleared, stars, coins, Bowl Rank, trophies, settings, the used-sheet gallery) is saved in the app's own storage on your device. It is not uploaded anywhere by us. Deleting the app deletes it. The Pro purchase is remembered on the device and can be restored through Apple.
3. Ads (free version)
The free version of Flushtopia shows ads served by Google AdMob: rewarded video ads you choose to watch for in-game coins or a continue, and occasional full-screen ads between levels. To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK collects:
- Device identifiers — the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt; otherwise a non-tracking identifier.
- Coarse location derived from your IP address (country / region level).
- Ad interaction data — which ads were shown, viewed or tapped, and basic device information (model, OS version, language).
Google uses this data as described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. We do not receive this data ourselves; we see aggregate ad statistics in the AdMob console. See Ads & Your Data for the plain-English version.
4. Your choices about ads and tracking
- App Tracking Transparency. On first launch iOS asks whether Flushtopia may track you across other apps and websites. Choose "Ask App Not to Track" and the game still works exactly the same; ads simply become non-personalised. Change your mind at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland. Before any ad is requested you will see a consent screen (Google's User Messaging Platform). You can decline, and you can revisit your choice from the game's Settings.
- Limit personalised ads on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
- Remove ads entirely: buy Flushtopia Pro (one-time purchase). Once purchased, the game no longer requests ads.
5. In-app purchase
Flushtopia Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy. "Restore purchase" asks Apple to confirm a previous purchase on your Apple ID.
6. Notifications
The game can send one local daily reminder ("The bowls are getting funky. Time to scrub!") at a time you choose. This is scheduled entirely on your device; there is no push server. Turn it off in the game's Settings or in iOS Settings → Notifications.
7. Sharing
The Share buttons build an image (your used sheet, a trophy, your progress card) and hand it to the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent anywhere until you pick an app or contact to share it with.
8. What we don't do
- No accounts, logins, or profiles on our side. The "local tag" in the game is a nickname stored on your device.
- No camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location access.
- No analytics SDK of our own. No selling of personal data.
9. Children
Flushtopia is intended for ages 12 and up (see its App Store age rating) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the ad SDK, contact us and we will help you exercise the choices above.

11. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California, and similar laws) you may have rights to access, delete, or object to processing of personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, the practical steps are: delete the app to remove all local data, use the iOS and in-game controls in section 4 for ads, and contact Google for data processed by AdMob. We will help with any request sent to support@flushtopia.com.
12. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date above changes and the new version is published here before it applies.
